Some of Rom Center is in FRENCH

Most of my Rom Center is in ENGLISH, but there are a few times when it reverts to FRENCH.
If I close a Rom Path, It asks me to confirm with "OUI"

It's not a HUGE deal but it is annoying.
Any idea where to go to fix this?

You're using version 3 or 4 ?

I'm guessing 3 because in 4, that question has a Yes/No here (Win7SP1 - EN).
