Problem on Windows XP

Hi, i'm trying to run romcenter 4.1.1 and 4.0.0 on Windows XP SP3 32 bits but not run.

v.4.1.1: it does not open

v4.0.0: open and show this error:

I have installed NetFramework 2.0 and 4.0, and the visual C librarys 2005 to 2015

I have others PC that use XP and same problem. Pentium 4, Celeron D, Sempron, 500mb RAM.

I Attached the log file.
