HELP! 000-lo.lo error in WinKawaks

All of my CSP2 roms work fine in WinKawaks, but none of my Neo Geo ones do. Every time I try to play them, it says that it is unable to play because it is missing the 000-lo.lo file. Rom Center says my rom is complete and ready to go, but Kawaks disagrees. Please help me out.

neogeo.zip is either missing or incomplete on your system.
