A Yellow rom means that in your datafile, this rom exists (the CRC/SHA of this rom matches an entry in the datafile) but with a different name. You have to Fix the game in order for the roms to be renamed to their proper name (as it exists in the datafile). Check the
wiki for more info on the matter. If you still have questions, feel free to post them here.

If the name changes but the hash remains the same, then the rom is not a 100% perfect copy like the original cartridge snes? example: In romcener fix snes rom RoboCop versus The Terminator (USA).sfc for RoboCop Versus The Terminator (USA).sfc?

RoboCop
versus The Terminator (USA).sfc for RoboCop
Versus The Terminator (USA).sfc?
Sometimes, the case of a rom is different in the zip file than in the datafile. Romcenter picks that and marks the rom as yellow. The rom is indeed valid, it just needs renaming. I can't open RC right now but IIRC, there is an option somewhere to ignore the case of the files.

In my case, even with the changed name, the ROM is a 100% legitimate dump of the contents inside the cartridge's eprom or is the ROM altered?
I don't know how to check this box option, I've never seen it before.
i some used my rom nointro and dat official nointro and scan with romcenter

Yes. "The ROM is a 100% legitimate dump of the contents inside the cartridge's eprom" as you say, when the checksums in the datafile match the checksums of the actual rom (RC calculates them and compares them to the checksums stored in the datafile for that rom).

Go to the toolbat and press the "settings" button. This opens the Settings window for the selected datafile (active tab in RC).

In this window, you define how you wish RC to treat the names it finds in each case.
-
Files are the game files (zip)
-
Rom are the roms contained in the game files
For each on these two, you can define that you wish their names to:
- Set the filename exactly as is in the
Datafile
- Set the filename always as
uppercase
- Set the filename always as
lowercase
-
Ignore the case of the file (do not compare it to the datafile)
In all cases (except "ignore"), if the case is different, the file will be marked as yellow instead of green.
