Cant find the Error in these 2 Datfiles

From a quick look, i too couldn't find any problem. It seems to be a well-formed xml at least, so Eric will have to say.

The error produced by RC though, puzzled me. I know it's not always easy to achieve but it would be nice if it didn't only show the procedure in which the error occurred but also the name of the game or the line of the file in which it occurred.

I found no errors in 5200 dat.
The description is too long (8 bits dat). Remove some chars and it should be ok.

Im trying to clean the clones from the no intro NES romset i got but it is not going well.
If i download the standard dat set for romcenter(from dat-o-matic) the games are all recognized, but if i try to use the parent-clone dat not one of them is (everything gray).
I checked the dats with notepad and they are using the same plugin (nes.dll) and all the crc are the same.
