Daylight savings

Hello

I know this forum software has an option somewhere to automatically update the time a user sees on screen, when daylight savings is in effect. I can't find it anywhere. Is it disabled or it exists only in newer versions of the forum software?

I don't know about this option, but I have some troubles with the forum. For example, the code validation when registering or posting should be available, but it is not. I don't know why.
And the forum is up to date...
