Mame help

Hello guys. Just wanted to see what the best method is for. A full ROM set with its proper emulator and I still have hundreds or thousands of ROMs that do not work. I do have many that do work though. I just would like to delete all the non USA games that I do not want without affecting my USA games. Should I just let romcenter fix my ROMs first then actually filter through all the non USA ROMs? Any ideas. Thank you.
