RomCenter doesn't send the ROM name when launching the emulator

Hello !

I use ROMCenter for all my emulator. And it work well with all, or near.
In fact, with the amiga one, I've got a strange thing happening.
It doesn't send the file path/name in the command line.
I do : -f "Amiga 500 Nico.uae" -0 "%3"
But "%3" is always empty. I've tried with %1, %2 and %4 but still empty anytime.
Any know issue about that please ?

Don't know why, but I will ensure it will works on v4

No dates yet. It dépends of my free time, and bugs discovered.
Anyway, the main part of rc4 (fix engine) is almost done. The rest is peanuts...
