Fixed [4.0b2 BUG] All opened files are not opened upon startup

When opening two databases, they are shown in two separate tabs. If RC is closed and reopened, only the active tab is reopened. All other tabs that where inactive when RC was closed, are vanished and have to be reopened. IMO, either all tabs should be closed or all tabs should be reopened.

Yes, this part needs more work. Actualy only one tab is saved...

Maybe if combined with this suggestion, it would be more easy. Instead of saving the last tab when being closed, RC could automatically save all open tabs as a "lastopenedtabs" group file (should be trivial if this functionality is already implemented - maybe save the group file under C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\romcenter\RomCenter.exe_.....) and reopen it upon startup.
