How to make a dat from a list of zip files?

How can I use ROMCenter to create a dat file, from a list of ZIP files that I know that contain all the needed files for a list?

The "emulator" doesn't output a list, there is no other way to create the list than from the zip list that is known to be complete.

I am planning on making a new GameBase, so a ROMCenter file is needed.
