[ASK]Error Generate DAT form MAME0.163

I was make generate DAT file from mame 0.163 with ROMCenter 3.7.1
I get This Error How To Fix it ?

Mame 0.163 has changed its xml output format (which is used as input for RomCenter in order to create the mame database), so Romcenter 3.7.1 does not support creating a database for 0.163 and probably newer mame versions. You can try the recently released Romcenter 4 beta 1 which can handle mame 0.163, however have in mind that this is a BETA version so it may have bugs. It is strongly suggested to backup all your roms before trying to fix any of them with Romcenter 4.

Ah... b1 does not support WinXP. It has been developed using .NET Framework 4.5 which is not compatible with WinXP. Eric said he might try to turn it over to .NET 4 to see if it's possible, but there are no news yet.

Yes, I'm gona try to compile it with .net 4.0...
I'm currently fixing gui display problems. I will release a new bug fix beta (1.1?) soon.

New beta is out, but it crashes after a while in xp. You can look into the log file for more infos.i
