this post. I'd suggest you set both options to "Ignore" and then recheck your roms (
DON'T FIX, just check). If they still appear yellow in a game, then try to play it in the emulator, it will probably not work.
As a general rule, the only datafile you should trust is the one generated from MAME. If with that datafile you roms appear as yellow, they should be fixed. Also to be "proper", you should leave the Case Options in Settings as they appear in the image, "Datafile".
