What is the difference between a European release of a game vs the Japan release. I am looking to determine the order preference in Romcenter for selecting games. I am in the USA and would have USA>JPN>EUR or USA>EUR>JPN.

It dépends of the game, it could be japan translation, different title, or just copyright.
