RC locking user32.dll on WIndows NT4 boxes

Hi.

After running RC for about 12 hours i notice i am unable to run any other application, as it seems to be locking the USER32.DLL library so nothing else will work. I have to stop RC as its normally then checking ZIP archives and let it closes for at least 10 seconds then all other applications will work fine with no USER32.DLL error.

So what’s up here than, NT4 SP6a with all MS updates installed, never had a problem before v2.70.

Ive confirmed this now 3 times at differnt part of the days, its seems to be locking USER32.DLL............
