How to let rc2.70 remember the dockable bars' position?

I wanna put filter bar to the right of the datafile bar in order to let them lay in one line to save space. However, I find every time I restart rc the filter bar will be restored to its default position, taking up another line.

You're right, this is a bug. Sorry.

It will be fixed in next release.
Until then, add these lines in the romcenter.ini file:
