Just decided to try RomCenter to customize a FBA ROM list. Win10-64 laptop. Downloaded both installer and portable from this site with the samre result. All I get is an error box:
gstat.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application.
I have tried compatibility mode back to WinXP with no joy. I cannot identify which .DLL (if any) is unhappy. Any suggestions? TIA

This error probably indicates a problem related to mixing 32-bit and 64-bit environments.
Romcenter 4.1 is a 32b app and it can run on 64b devices in 32b mode.
