I saw there is a plugin development kit.
Is it mossible to write plugins in C# and if yes, is there a tutorial?
I can't figure out how to do it because my only programming knowledge is C#.

I wanted to have a look at the plugin development kit but the download link doezn't work.
Is there maybe a new link available?

I'm not sure if Eric has released a plugin development kit for RC4. There is an old one here from 2005 but i don't think it applies to RC4 and it's not in c#. Feel free to try it though.

The old plugin dev kit is in delphi (pascal). It is still compatible. You can also use c/c++.
All plugins are now open source. Sources are in github: https://github.com/ebolefeysot/RomcenterPlugins
