v4 preference settings (removed files and compression)

Hi

I cant find a way to tell RC where to store the removed files now... (I like to have them in a folder so I can review before deleting them).
I assume ZIP compression is maximum (used to have a slider before)
How do I set what the FIX button does? I would adjust It before to run certain jobs and leave it over night (takes hours even on an Intel server with RAID when there's over 20000 zip files).

I like the donate button, I hope that works well (worked for me).

How do I set what the FIX button does?

How very "Microsofty" to put them in a different location that then File > Advanced Settings page..
