uhm, seems to be a randomly and temporary bug, because now I can't reproduce it.

I can't reproduce this bug in 4.0b3, RC now fixed my roms properly.
maybe it was caused by 7-Zip 9.38 lib ?
can you update to 7-Zip 15.07 beta lib ? which seems to be more stable.
