Duplicate CRC (i.e. all ROMs match another game)

I did try to find the reason for SQL error, and so I did create a new merge process for the DATs.
Now it is not any longer possible to have dublicated files in the merged DAT.

But romcenter still gives this message for some roms.
"Duplicate CRC (i.e. all ROMs match another game)"
I did check this games and it is wrong, the CRCs from this roms are not dublicated in the DAT.
