To save me time in replying, look at how they are grouped on my page:

That will tell you whether they are for specific emulators or just arcade systems that are supported by multiple emulators. Forget about the supplements since you are too new to this to be able to use them.
Numbers such as 20031115 are dates (YYYMMDD). They are like that so that they sort properly based on filename (common practice in the computing profession).
