RC4.0b7 - Creating new MAME0.174 DB - log entries

Here are the results from a new MAME 0.174 DB i tried to create with b7.
MAME filtering during creation - only the following were checked:
Clones, Samples, Verified, Bad dumps
All
Empty games, Not used roms
Everything else was UNchecked.
Also, after the failed creation of the DB, a red border appeared around the tabs and the log, which also appears if you click on FILE tab (it should disappear there - i assume it's an error indicator).
