insane NES stuff question ^_^

hello guys ^_^ hope you can give me a hand here... hehe

i know this sounds crazy but is it possible to put roms like *.nes file to an PROM or EEPROM and play it to you original NES console?

other words... i'm going to make a NES cartridge from the *.nes rom file.
