It should not need to, but try running RC as admin.

Also, rightclick on the disk RC is and select "Properties". There is a "Quota" tab. Take a look there, maybe Quota has been activated and you have reached the allowed space for your user.

I've tried thousands of ways and it doesn't work for me. It worked for me a few days ago but it stopped working and I don't know why.

As it seems, it's not a RomCenter issue but a permissions one. The storage on which the RomCenter database is placed has some kind of permissions/quota system, which prohibits your account from writing data. I'd suggest you move the database to a writable location and try again.
