FIXED [4.0b1] Open existing DB

"File \ Open New DB"
1. Why "New"? When opening a DB, it's an already existing DB, not new.
IMO it should be "Open DB" or "Open existing DB".
2. When opening a DB, the file selection dialog appears. When pressing OK, a new tab is added but not made active, so the DB is not actually loaded. It should be made active immediately.
