Romcenter dat from mame.exe?

Is there way to export RC dat from mame.exe line in CLRMame? Well new mame is out and i mst wait to Logiqx release new dat. I know way using Datutil and convert Clrmame dat to romcenter but it isnt good. Is there other way?

Just use datutil. Logiqx also use it. And what's more, Logiqx is badly-wounded thus there may not be any updates in a few weeks...

Yes, RomCenter can import a data file from mame.exe so long as you have datutil.exe v2.22 or newer in the RomCenter directory.
Alternatively, to generate a RomCenter data file from mame.exe you could do this:
mame -listxml >mame.xml
datutil -f rc mame.xml
This will generate a RomCenter datafile called datutil.dat.

Improving slightly each day, thanks. I'm still at my parents and the most I've been doing on a computer is picking up my e-mail every 3 days. I don't think I'll be in a position to do the required MAME updates for a while though. I have my tools on a memory stick but without my own PC, the job is more arduous than it would be ordinarily.
