RomCenter 2.70 beta 5 released

This beta fix some new and old bugs. 
- Sublist not working on previous beta. Datutil 2.14 can now generate sublists. See Logiqx utility documentation (included in datutil zip) and this topic.
- 'index out of bound' when duplicates entries in datafile
- Troubles with '[]' in config.ini

About the romcenter home page, I added a news submission system through a special limited forum. I can more easily post news, I can allow some people to post news also, and everybody can react to a news in the same forum. You can have a look here.
