Dats Romcenter for MAME 0.81

It's been a while since the release of MAME 0.81, but I can't find the datafiles to scan my romset...I don't want to learn how Clrmame works

They will be done when Logiqx finds the time to create them. In the meantime you could use the Mame.exe as RC input.

I've been away on holiday (MAME was released the day after I left). The data files have now been created, tested and uploaded.
