Unexpected error: value cannot be null. Parameter name: entry

When attempting to fix MAME roms, some fix OK but many don't with the error:

Unexpected error: value cannot be null. Parameter name: entry

This error is not very self-explanatory - any help appreciated!

Hi. It would be helpful to upload the log file (you can find it in "C:\ProgramData\romcenter") so that Eric can take a look at it and explain what has happened. If you don't want to upload the whole log, just isolate the part that contains the error and post it here.

I have noticed that for all the ROMs where I get this error message, some of the files in the ROM say "bad name" under "info".

Hi.

You'll just have to be a little patient. This (development-wise) is a one-man-show and sometimes there may be periods were real-life makes it difficult to be as involved as you wish with some things. I'm sure Eric will take a look at this, it just may take a while...

It seems the problem comes from your astrof.zip file. Could you post it ?
