No you aren't. Not if you want accuracy, anyway. Goodtools are outdated while a DAT system like No-Intro is constantly being updated for accuracy. Goodtools is good for maintaining a collection of hacks and bad-dumps, but for it lists many bad dumps as good dumps and vice versa and it is missing ...

Try it with No-Intro's Game Boy Advance parent/child dat. Advance Wars 2 - Black Hole Rising is a good example for this.
