Or maybe your antivirus which block execution ?

romcenter v3 is outdated and doesn't work with new mame datafiles.

I tried to run Romcenter 4.0.0rc2 on my PC with windows 10. The splash script displays for 20 seconds and the program ends without any error messages :/

So I've downloaded the last stable version (3.7.1). The program runs fine but it's impossible for me to open any DAT file provided with Romcenter.
I have always the same error :

file C:\USERS\PUBLIC\DOCUMENTS\ROMCENTER\DATAS\TOSEC\ACORN BBC - GAMES - [SSD] (TOSEC-V2009-10-24_CM).DAT is not a valid database
Connection authorization failure.
GDS Code: 335544323 - SQL Code: -922 - Error Code: 3

I have no problems with my PC usually so I don't understand why it seems I'm the only one who encounter such problems. I tried to find a solution on the forum and Google but nothing :/
