You can drop a dat file or an exe to open the creation dialog.
You can drag & drop several rom folders at once from explorer to import them.
This will help a lot. Thank you!

Hi

Unfortunatly, you can't migrate an old 3.7 database. Version 4 db has been redesigned and is no more compatible with old one.
But rc4 offers some improved feature to help you create new db.

I hope you will enjoy this new version. The final release will be out soon, but the current one is stable.

Databases: switching from RomCenter 3 to 4

First: Thank you for this great tool! :)

I used RomCenter 3.7.1 so far, but it seems that I have to switch to RomCenter 4 for some new dat files.

In RomCenter 4, can I use and load my databases created in RomCenter 3.7.1, or do I have to expect problems if I do that? Would it be more safely to create all databases new (what would be a lot of work)?
